General Terms and Conditions - Capture That Elopement Photography
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by [Capture that Elopement of Photographer], hereinafter referred to as "the Photographer".
1. Bookings and Payments
1.1 To confirm a booking the client must pay a non-refundable deposit as 25% agreed between the client and the Photographer.
1.2 The remaining amount must be paid according to the agreed payment terms, no later than four weeks before the photo shoot.
1.3 The Europe package includes 1 overnight stay and 1 flight ticket. Additional travel costs and/or overnight stays are included in the quotation calculation.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 In case of cancellation by the customer, the deposit is non-refundable.
2.2 In the event of cancellation by the Photographer due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergencies, the Photographer will endeavor to provide an alternative solution. If this is not possible, the Photographer will offer a full refund of the deposit.
3. Services
3.1 The Photographer will be committed to providing high-quality services according to the agreed specifications and expectations of the customer.
3.2 The client acknowledges that the Photographer has the exclusive right to edit and select the photographs, and that this selection reflects the Photographer's judgment.
4. Delivery of Photos
4.1 The Photographer will make every effort to deliver the photos within the agreed period. The exact delivery time may vary depending on the size of the order and the processing processes.
4.2 The customer understands that delivery time may be affected by factors beyond the Photographer's control, such as technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Copyright and Usage Rights
5.2 The customer obtains a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photos for personal use, including printing, sharing on social media and sharing with friends and family.
5.3 Commercial use of the photographs requires prior written permission from the Photographer, together with any additional fees.
6. Liability
6.1 The Photographer is not liable for any damage, loss or injury caused during the photo shoot, unless this is the result of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Photographer.
6.2 The Photographer will not be liable for any delay or failure to provide the services due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
6.3 The photographer assumes that the customer takes out travel insurance for their own trip. The photographer is not responsible for matters that can be arranged with the insurance.
By using the Photographer's services, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions and the customer agrees to the terms and conditions as described above.
